I want to be able to tell Cortana to STFU. She isn't even solid. All she does is hide while I do all the real work.

Also, I want less cartoony graphics, I really didn't like the graphics in H2. Did I say that before?

Map Maker.
Think, adding a good map editor, to make Halo 3 more like Halo CE for the Xbox, only with a much better engine. And then, an XBox Live Halo 3 Map Upload Zone where you could upload them so you can play them against others online. And then, every week, they choose a new map to add to playlists, if you have it ('cause there would be so many maps, you wouldn't be required to have them all) that would be what I want...
Think of the possibilities it would open up. (though it would kill modding... but then, what do I care? I'm a mapper!)

yah theres just one problem i dont want to download sh!tty maps....

but think what it would be like if u had a mapmaker for h3......think of far cry instincts.....yea u could be downloding a crappy map, maybe an ftp to 360 only for 360, but not for hacking?
