This should pretty much solve all problems all around.

Yeah...basically the hardest problem would be coloring the images like "Post Reply" or "Edit" or "Quote" if you're using Stylish. Changing the overall color should be fairly simple. Once I get some time to work on it, I'll help out as well.

I thought the old theme was dark blue and had yellow in it.

Yes, but SubSilver comes stock on phpBB, meaning this theme is HaloMod's oldest.

And it was used for some time before the dark theme.
This topic made me think of one of my old ones, trying to essentially do the exact opposite.
