That is actually true , be sure you do take those downloads down , and do not share any material , keep it to yourself , as distributing them makes you vunerable to a nasty run in with the law.

Also, if you're talking about rendering specifcally. In which case one way for it to be legal, is to get permission from the original copyright holders. Which I can confidentally say, that I am the only one on this site that has it. If you were wondering, I got permission personally for Bungie via aim.

As for The Sonic Renders , Zephir , thats Illegal doing renders with models that are not yours , its against the law because your taking the IP , and recreating it , and not even saying they are Segas own models and you just simply added New Materials , you can still get done for missleading people to think they are your own , i suggest taking the renders down , as i will be notifying mods about all this .

Go email bentllama or John Butkus and ask yourself. Also, link me to the said post where I claimed it was via email.
