When I first saw that comment yesterday, I immediately went to YouTube, and saw the three new Metallica songs under the "Recommended for You" section.

Anyway's, here is a good Coheed & Cambria song.

NIN concert set list:

999,999/1,000,000
Letting You
Discipline
March of the Pigs
Head Down
The Frail/The Wretched
Closer
Gave Up
The Warning
Vessel
Ghosts 5
Ghosts 25
Ghosts 19
Piggy
The Greater Good
Wish
Terrible Lie
Survivalism
Ghosts 31
Only
The Hand That Feeds
Head Like a Hole
Echoplex
Reptile
God Given Cut due to time constraints.
Hurt
In This Twilight

And there was a Corona Radiata and Pinion in there, I just don't know where. Pinion has a good feel to it when live, as does Corona Radiata. Instrumentals are very nice.

The 999,999 intro was good, it's a great opening to a bunch of songs from The Slip. March of the Pigs was the first really good one for me, but The Frail/The Wretched combo made my night. If they would have launched into We're In This Together, I would have been way too giddy. I also feel like they should have played Just Like You Imagined from The Fragile. I imagine that as being VERY cool live. Closer was cool, as it probably always is when performed. :P Gave Up was a pleasant surprise to hear, as well. The Warning and Vessel were face-meltingly awesome. Their light show is fantastic, and it really shows on those two. The Ghosts tracks were a nice breather from quicker songs. The Greater Good also had awesome visuals. The screen was a blue canvas, with mountain-like ridges by the sides that were visualizer-type things. But then, they had a system where they got an input from a camera that made it look like Trent Reznor's giant disembodied head was on the screen, made out of those ridges. Cooooool. Wish was tied for my second favorite...such a cool song when done live. Terrible Lie got a lot of the crowd involved...pretty interesting for one of their firsts. On it, they also had a cool effect where they had a camera giving them input, and the light screens took the brightness, and made the screen red where it was bright. It gave a cool delayed effect, because they had one of the two screens getting the input a little slower. Survivalism was done in a fun way with the screen in the background. If you've seen the video for it, it was like that. There were TV screens on it, with one showing Trent, a couple showing the audience, one on a bathroom stall, and one with a nice United States Bureau of Morality CENSORED sign.
Another Ghosts track. I still haven't listened Ghosts, so I didn't know what to expect, but it was nice seeing them play different instruments.
Only had a cool guitar intro. I guess that's their new thing for it, as they had the same type of deal on Beside You In Time. The Hand that Feeds finished up With Teeth, although I would've liked the title track (mostly to hear Trent Reznor sing it in his strange "a-with-a teeth-a") or Right Where it Belongs. Head Like a Hole also had a lot of crowd action going for it. I guess people love the oldies, eh? Echoplex was a nice start to the encore. Nothing much to say about that...it was just good. Reptile had also a lot of cool light effects, despite being an overdose of green. I'm sad that God Given got cancelled...that would've been much fun! Then, the required Hurt...just plain good. Yay for slower songs. The finishing song...In This Twilight. Perfect for a closing, with a nice Year Zero-ish background movie playing. Although I would've preferred Zero-Sum even more as a finale, it was still amazing.

All in all, a grand time was had. Except for the fact that everyone and their mothers felt that smoking was SO COOL, DAWG. I frankly would just ignore it if it was an outdoor venue, but ugh...it isn't fun in a crowded area.
Also, pics. I may have the captions off:

I love that song, they should play it on the radio more often other then that R&B crap they play 24-7.

I just remebered one of my friends made a song called Bloody Tampons, it's hilarious!

To me its cringe worthy. Yeah, its catchy and it stays in your head, but I find it bad (but then again, most horrible songs stay in your head - it has to be how they get popular).

One friend of mine started a band awhile ago. It's not very organized, as I never seem them play, but the band name is called, "Shaving with popsicle sticks."

On a better note, a friend of mine since 6th grade started a band, and they play shows and whatnot. Their name is "Thrift City", and they're pretty good.

That's their cover of, "I feel weird." I have convinced Christian, the middle dude to teach me some guitar.
