radiosity command in sapien?...what gives

man if its not one thing its another for me, i think the modding gods are mad at me. i'm not sure if i putting the command in correctly (radiosity_quality 0)but when i run radiosity in halo console in sapien it tells me "requested function cannot be executed now". has anyone else had this error and if so how can it be remedied? thanks guys.,
