HELP! W/ HEK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When i open hek and press play a site called "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Halo Custom Edition\HEK_Tutorial\index.html" pops up.
i dont think thats hek so what do i do to open hek????

uhh HEK stands for halo editing KIT which means there are programs inside it which are made for use. that thing that pops up is the tutorial on how to make your own level

yeah but i pressed play and the only thing in the kit is the tut.
(is the tut the kit???)

noo the tut is just a site that tells you how to do it. ok after you downloaded it you saw this thing that said something like hek_setup right and clicked on that. then you downloaded the files to wherever you keep your halo stuff right? then just open the folder and there should be a bunch of stuff in there like Guerilla and Sapien and Tool and random junk. im not sure where the 'play' button came from though
