ok guys i have been looking for a program to make my skins and yes i found out paint doesnt work. so whats photoshop? how much does it cost? is there a less expensive program or other program?

photoshop 7.0 costs a few hundred, i'm not exactly sure(i forgot)
but i use photoshop elements just as good (i think) and it costs $129 or somtin

elements is missing some of the professional options that you probably will never use, download the photoshop cs trial from adobe.com, then after that try the elements 2.0 trial and see which one you like better or equally
