Applying multiple Bitmaps in 3dsmax help

Post by SkullzOfZyx »

Basically im working on this gunz the duel project where i extracted the ground mini map from the map and rebuilt the modeling for it. It just so happens the roofs and such have their own textures which i have to apply to different faces on the model. When i go to material editor and put in another bitmap with the multi sub object set with only +sky and +minimap_ground, all of the textures get messed up when i apply the third one?

Is there something im doing wrong? or is there a totally different way of doing it?

P.S: What are the prerequisites for making a halo map? Because i just made this gunz model from scratch not following the tessalate steps and such and creating my own vertices and my own faces, so how would i make that a halo map?

I would provide pictures and the file but i have dial up which greatly inconveniences me, should be fixed by tuesday if my wireless cracking linux works out well >_>.
