Did you try to see if it's at the top instead of the bottom? Or any of the sides?

hover your mouse over the very bottom of your screen and it should re-apper (you probably accidentalyy set it to hide or something)

also, if absolutely nothing works, hit the windows key and see what happens. and if that doesn't work, reboot and it should be fixed.

what i think happened is somehow or other you either moved the taskbar (it's at the top or a side) or you set it to auto-hide (right-click the taskbar > properties > auto-hide).

recap: check top and sides of screen, hover mouse at bottom edge of screen, and hit windows button. no success? reboot.
ASPARTAME: in your diet soda and artificial sweeteners. also, it's obviously completely safe. it's not like it will cause tumors or anything. >.>

sigh, close all existing windows, and go to the very bottom of the screen. you should see a small silver/blue/Olive colored line at the bottom. watch for the cursor to change into vertical arrows and click and drag it back up.
