I think that this model is alright. I made it in one hour and I still have some other stuff to do with it too. Here are pix and dl.

Thats not an M-16. Thats an M-4 Carbine.

Work on it a little more though. It needs some serious work with the handle and the stock and the grip.

.Mostly the handle needs work. I can't find my reference picture to show you.. I'll find it later.
EDIT: In game pics are in and a map which I think will work for pc users too just in case you don't know how to inject custom models, or you're just too lazy.

That wasnt that funny. Kind of being an ass. As for the model it looks nice. But I guess a little work could be done.

Posting .maps for Halo 2 is illegal. For PC and CE it isn't.

jsk, since you have a mac, could i ask you to test some models for my top gun mod? We pc users cant inject custom models into halo, but you can. and btw, that is a really nice model. practice a bit, and you could be great at modeling.

Oversmoothed, lacks details, flash supressor should be a cylinder with holes cut into the sides instead of a tiny Hog gun... sorry, but at the moment it just looks like a rather odd Halo PC remodel...
